We’ll tune into our nervous system, allowing mental, physical and emotional release to begin. Supported by props - bolsters, straps, blocks, blankets - you’ll settle into deep relaxation. We’ll hold poses longer than in a traditional flow class, but you’ll feel no strain or effort.
As you settle into your practice, our Thai massage practitioner will provide a gentle stretch of your arms and legs. Thai massage, also known as “lazy person’s yoga”, gives your body room to release and breathe. Some benefits of Thai Massage include muscular release and an increase of blood circulation in the body.
We’ll finish with a rewarding savasana and an optional head massage.
Accessible to all bodies. Comfortable, layered attire is recommended. Just bring your own body. We’ll provide the rest.
Cost is $25 for drop in or $5 top up for members and passes.
