Your guide, Lilli Markle, will help you develop your concentration power, sensory clarity and equanimity using a variety of meditation techniques, including Zazen, Vipassana, Vedic and Yoga Nidra, which will give you the tools to develop or deepen a sitting practice and integrate them into your life.
