Whole Self Tune Up

A 75 minute guided yoga practice online.

This class will help you to move and get energy unstuck so you will be able to meditate, start your day, wind down, or do anything that you need to do in a relaxed and grounded way. Breath work, guided meditation, self massage and deep stretches, fluid movement and rest will help you connect to your body. This monthly class will give you new tools to settle your energy so you can step into the next part of your day/week/month with ease and joy! 

This is an Inclusive Energy Class: PAY WHAT YOU CAN starting at $8

Class will be held live via Zoom. A link will be emailed to you upon registration with details on how to access the class. You will simply need a computer, tablet or phone, a comfortable space with pillows, blankets, eye pillow and any other items of comfort and relaxation.
